Publisher Policies

Our publisher is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical publishing, transparency, and editorial independence across all journals we manage.

Editorial Policies

Lembaga Chakra Brahmanda Lentera ensures that all journals under its management maintain the highest standards of editorial quality and integrity. All submissions are evaluated for originality, scientific validity, methodological rigor, and clarity. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, and other unethical practices are strictly prohibited. These editorial policies apply to all journals published by our institution, ensuring consistency and transparency across the board.

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, in which both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Manuscripts are assessed by independent experts for scientific merit, relevance to the field, clarity, and alignment with the journal’s scope. Review timelines may vary depending on reviewer availability and manuscript complexity, and authors are informed promptly if revisions or additional review rounds are required.

Advertising Policy

Editorial decisions are kept entirely separate from commercial interests. All advertising within our journals is clearly marked and does not influence the content, review process, or acceptance of manuscripts, ensuring impartiality and trustworthiness.

Research Ethics Policy

Our journals adhere to international research ethics standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki and the Ethical Code for Medical Education – ECME. Authors must obtain appropriate ethical approval for studies involving humans or animals and disclose any conflicts of interest.

Informed Consent Policy

All research involving identifiable participants requires written informed consent. This includes case reports, clinical images, and other identifiable data. The consent process ensures participants understand the study, its risks, and their rights to privacy.

Corrections, Retractions, and Editorial Expressions of Concern

Lembaga Chakra Brahmanda Lentera follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for handling corrections, retractions, and editorial expressions of concern. This ensures transparency, protects the integrity of the scholarly record, and maintains trust with authors and readers.

Open Access and Article Processing Charges (APC)

All journals are open-access, making published articles freely available to readers worldwide. Authors are responsible for APC payments once manuscripts are accepted, which cover production, hosting, and indexing services.
